Refund policy

I do not accept returns or exchanges on any products unless they are damaged during shipping. If this occurs, please email me at emilyalcotttextiles@gmail.com with pictures of the damaged weaving and shipping package. 

I will let you know if the return is approved based on the information provided. The item will be shipped back to me, and once I receive it, the refund will be issued back to your original payment method.
