Any time I visit my parents' farm is a chance to see another beautiful sunset with wide open views. My sister and I will scope out the sky as the evening approaches and debate if it will be a good one. Sometimes we get really lucky, and the sky gives us a show!
This sunset was seen from my parents' place looking west over their hayfield towards my paternal grandparents' farm skyline. This distinct "skyline" of trees and buildings features in so many of my family's' sunset photos and memories.
